The Old Sawmill District Tech Campus is a dynamic hub for innovation located in the heart of Missoula, Montana, just north of Cambium Place — a premier mixed-use development featuring Class-A office space, retail, and luxury apartments along Wyoming Street.

Building 2 is home to the expansion of Cognizant’s Advanced Technology Group (NASDAQ: CTSH), a Fortune 500 company. Spanning more than 40,000 square feet, the space supports over 350 employees and provides the flexibility for continued growth in Missoula and the surrounding region. The building’s ground floor also features retail spaces designed to support a diverse mix of local businesses, including Tagliare Delicatessen, one of Missoula’s most beloved sandwich shops.

Building 3 further strengthens the campus’s reputation as a center for business and innovation, housing companies such as Cognizant, Submittable, CCI, Kakivik, National Wildlife Federation, and Pintler Wealth Management. On the roof of the western building is a deck for relaxing, entertaining, connecting with peers and enjoying the expansive mountain views from 44 feet above ground.

The design of the OSD Tech Campus honors Missoula’s industrial heritage while embracing the future of technology, creativity, and collaboration. Inspired by the sawmill roots of the Old Sawmill District, the architecture blends historic influence with modern innovation — drawing from the grand arches of iconic train stations and the enduring character of world-class university campuses. Sustainability is woven throughout the development, with features including green roof spaces, solar technology, and the use of recycled building materials to minimize environmental impact.

More than a workplace, the Old Sawmill District is a vibrant “Live, Work, Play” community along the riverfront, bringing together leading businesses, residential living, dining, fitness, and gathering spaces such as, Dog and Bicycle Café, Boxcar Bistro, Brio Fitness, C3 WorkLounge, The Sawyer Student Living, Cambium Place Apartments, Polleys Square Condos, luxury townhomes, Edward Jones Advisors, and more.
